Dennis Osmer
Director
Dennis Osmer first volunteered to serve on the Supervisory Committee in 1998 and joined the Board of Directors in 2006. Over the years he has held various officer roles, including the privilege of serving as Board Chairperson. Dennis finds it rewarding to work with an organization that has such a strong record of serving its members and local communities. He is committed to maintaining strong community ties within the Credit Union’s charter areas to ensure it remains responsive to members' needs.
His experience includes serving as Executive Director of Central Coast Energy Services, Inc., a nonprofit that assists low-income individuals with energy bills from Marin County to Monterey County, as Mayor of the City of Watsonville, as Fourth District Commissioner on the Santa Cruz County Planning Commission, and on the Central Coast Community Energy Community Advisory Council.
Dennis and his wife Laurie live in Watsonville, where they are proud parents of two adult children and have welcomed two grandchildren into the family.
