Bay Federal Promotes Angela Harden and Jack Baldwin to Manager Positions
Capitola, CA – April 27, 2023 – Bay Federal Credit Union continues to promote deserving talent, announcing the promotion of Angela Harden as Manager of Facilities and Jack Baldwin as Manager of their Technology Service Desk.
Over the last several years, Ms. Harden has made large strides in modernizing and improving process efficiency within the facilities department. She was recently recognized for this work earning first runner-up in the 2022
CUES Emerging Leader Program.
In her new position Ms. Harden will assume additional management over the facilities team and assume responsibility for the Credit Union’s business continuity program, facilities project management, and property management.
“I believe Bay Federal is the number one place to work and am constantly striving to make sure all employees feel the same way,” stated Ms. Harden. “We are working on a large office remodel right now and my priority is to make the transition as seamless as possible for our employees.”
Mr. Baldwin has been a member of the Service Desk team for six years. His knowledge of the service desk, his team, and the Credit Union has made him an invaluable asset. He serves as a subject matter expert in complex operational systems, continually showing care and compassion towards his team, and providing excellent service to his internal business partners.

In addition to his role as manager, Mr. Baldwin is a member of Bay Federal’s Green Team, a group of employees actively working with Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties to certify all the Credit Union’s branches as green businesses.
