Capitola, CA – May 3, 2022 – In its most recent move to enhance its digital banking solutions, Bay Federal Credit Union has promoted Katie Gray to Digital Lending Manager. Ms. Gray will strive to optimize the online consumer loan experience for members.
Her team is responsible for processing applications and continuing to ensure that the experience is streamlined and member friendly.
Ms. Gray, who came to the Credit Union in 2019, enters her new role well-equipped after serving as a Process Architect and Digital Delivery Manager.
“It’s wonderful to be stepping into another digital channel,” Ms. Gray says. “Our digital channels are excellent avenues to help members, and I’ll be looking to provide options and solutions to make the online consumer loan experience even more meaningful.”
Ms. Gray will also draw from her experience in the 2021 CUES Emerge Leadership Program, where she connected with credit union peers from around the globe to learn, collaborate, and compete.
Prior to joining the Credit Union, Ms. Gray worked in management for Google Express via SMX. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz in 2006.
