Kaila was born and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains. She first joined Bay Federal in 2017 as a teller and has worked her way up to the role of Home Equity Specialist. As a Home Equity Specialist, she believes in knowing Bay Federal Credit Union's products inside and out to help educate our members and provide the best service possible. 

"My goal as Home Equity Specialist is to find a product that helps our members achieve their goals!" 

Kaila continually works to expand her financial knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys being outside enjoying nature.
